Dupa ce lichidul lasat de ceapa si ficat a acazut, punem vinul, o lingura de miere, sare si putina nucsoara. Lasam 3 minute sa fiarba, apoi ficatul il scoatem pe o farfurie la racit.<br />
Mai fierbem 7 minute ceapa in sosul format, la temperatura mai mare.<br />
Degresam sosul.<br />
Servim felii din deliciosul ficat, cu sosul de ceapa, pe felii de paine sau bagheta prajita, alaturi musai de un pahar de vin!<br />
Asa spun francezii...<br />

Facem o pasta din branza de burduf, cascavalul razuit pe razatoarea mica si untul frecat spuma.<br />
Taiem sunca cubulete mici, adaugam la pasta de branza si omogenizam.<br />
Din aceasta pasta formam cate o biluta in care punem o boaba de strugure, in alta biluta o aluna etc.<br />

Pentru petrecerea zilei de naștere a Cezarei, fiica mea mai mica, am creeat acest delicios aperitiv festiv cu ou de prepelița. Despre beneficiile oului de prepelița nu mai spun nimic, știți și voi...restul ingredientelor sunt destul de comune, la îndemâna tuturor, dar combinația de gusturi pe care am creeat-o este una foarte plăcuta și savuroasa.<br />

Ouale de prepelita le fierbem 7-8 minute, racim si le curatam cu grija sa nu se rupa, apoi le taiem in doua pe lung.</div>

Sunca o taiem bastonase de 5-6 cm.</div>

Din cașcaval facem palniute, le legam cu fire de chives sau tulpini lungi de pătrunjel verde, apoi umplem cu legume, șunca, maioneza cat doua boabe de mazăre, deasupra maionezei punem cate o jumătate de ou de prepelița fiert si decoram cu fire de chives.</div>

Cam demult n-am mai fost activa pe blog...am revenit si sper sa va placa ceea ce voi posta... <br />
Azi va propun Supa de spanac, supa pe care mama mea o facea primavare, pentru ca atunci il avea in gradina, acum spanacul se gaseste mai tot anul, asa ca un plus de fier si multe vitamine nu strica ...<br />
Aceasta supa putin picanta si cu gust catifelat, este destul de consistenta, foarte simplu si rapid de facut, o salvare cand sunteti in criza de timp iar felul doi poate fi si ceva mai usor...<br />

Procedam in urmatorul fel:</div>

Spalam frunzele de spanac in apa rece, le scurgem si doar le rupem in bucati mai mici. Punem la fiert cam 2 litri de apa, punem frunzele de spanac in apa sarata, cand incepe sa fiarba.</div>

In uleiul incins prajim foarte putin faina, punem boia de ardei si stingem repede cu apa rece amestecand continuu cu un tel sa nu se faca cocoloase, punem peste spanac lasam sa fiarba pana zdrobim usturoiul, poate fi si mujdei (daca aveti timp de el !) </div>

Adaugam morcovul razuit ,coaja de lamaie si fierbem la foc mic pana scade tot lichidul,obtinand o pasta groasa. <br />
Lasam sa se raceasca,apoi luam cate o lingurita de jeleu si o modelam in mainile usor umede formand bomboane sferice,le dam prin zahar tos si montam cate o frunzulita verde.<br />

Într-o vacanta la mare,am comandat la masa de prânz aceste pulpe de pui,ei,zece zile cat am stat acolo,eu am mâncat doar acest fel,cu garnituri diferite!!! Zece zile! asa de mult mi-au plăcut! Scoatem pulpele pe șervetele absorbante , când pesmetul are culoare aurie ...cum vedeți în poza...timpul este de cam 10 minute pe o parte.Servim cu orice fel de garnitura...<br />

Specifica sarbatorii este cina festiva al carei meniu principal este curcanul la cuptor stropit cu sos de merisoare si garnisit cu salate si cartofi ,iar la desert placinta cu dovleac. Friptura de curcan trebuie taiata de barbatul casei,capul familiei,neaparat! Ziua Recunostintei este o sarbatoare de familie si este primul pas catre deschiderea sezonului de cumparaturi pentru sarbatorile de iarna. Perioada dintre Ziua Recunostintei si Revelion este cea mai aglomerata si mai agitata din an. Ziua Recunostintei este o alta denumire pentru Ziua Recoltei, si se sarbatoreste in biserici si in sate intr-o duminica dupa strangerea recoltei in acea localitate.. A fost sarbatorita prima oara in 1621 de catre primii colonisti ca semn de recunostinta fata de recolta miraculoasa obtinuta in conditii climaterice dure. In decembrie 1941, Congresul American a adoptat o rezolutie prin care a 4-a zi de joi din noiembrie a devenit oficial sarbatoare nationala a SUA. <br />

Odata cu sosirea anotimpului rece,putem gati mancaruri mai "tari", mai consistente...Unul dintre felurile de mancare gatite la noi in familie este aceasta gustoasa tocanita. Se prepara din ciolan de porc afumat,de casa sau...nu...la fel de buna este si cu ciolan din comert.O mancare simpla dar care,cu siguranta nu va va dezamagi!<br />
